Stephanie Factor is an ENL/ELA teacher at Bellport High School with over 15 years of experience. She loves helping her students find their voice through creativity, connection, and community. Through the PEACE Program, she’s led projects like Turning Art into Argument and Louder than Labels, where students use writing, art, and restorative practices to tell their stories and stand up for what matters most. Stephanie is proud of her students every single day and hopes they always believe in themselves. Outside of school, she loves traveling and spending time with her husband and her son, who inspire her to see the world with curiosity and kindness.
