Jessica Weinberg has served in public education for 19 years in roles including Dual Language Coordinator, Instructional Coach, ENL Specialist, mentor, bilingual translator, and staff developer. Jessica has presented at NYSABE, LILT, and hosted the NYS Coaching for Excellence Regional Networking Event, focusing on multilingual learners, transformational digital portfolios, and educator growth. Jessica received the Brookhaven Free Library’s 9th Annual Community Partner in Literacy Award for her dedication to connecting students with literacy and community resources. Jessica was also invited to co-present to the NYS Board of Regents and the Commissioner of Education, sharing the success of her work as a NYS Coach for Excellence. 

Jessica recently earned a Post-Master’s Certificate in Educational Leadership from Stony Brook University and is pursuing a Science of Reading micro-credential from SUNY New Paltz. A certified Reiki Master, Jessica brings a holistic and inclusive lens to her practice. Her adult Bat Mitzvah reflects her deep commitment to lifelong learning, multiculturalism, and the power of language and identity. Jessica is preparing to begin teaching adult learners at the New York Center for Teacher Development, where she will lead mindfulness-based professional development for educators. Her work continues to center empathy, equity, and wellness, reflecting her deep commitment to creating supportive, inclusive environments in schools and communities.
